A typical friday night.

Movie with my husband at home after kids are in bed. A bag full of candy. Airhead extremes 3 packages full-1200 cals. 3 or 4 hostess cupcakes probably 600 cals. A bag full of sour patch jelly filled candy 700 cals. Followed by a horrible stomach ache and massive guilt.

I havent had a night like that in 17 days.

Last night I watched a movie with a bottle of water. I had no stomach ache and I had no guilt. Today I had a loss. Not as much as I wanted but I didnt really work out much yesterday and my calories were up for once.
Today I am going to the gym and going to work out. I am going to try to get my water up as well.

Today I am grateful for

1. No stomach aches

2. No guilt.

3. this journey.
