On the button...Buck 99 again...Buck 89 next goal and Final goal Buck 79. OMAD continuing... trying to stay away from sugar anything and milk. Fruits and overnight oats usual dessert. Have not given in to morning craves and mid afternooners. Feel losses slowing, so I might mix in a 36 hour fast soon
199.9 lb Lost so far: 20.1 lb.    Still to go: 19.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
