You are on a roll. Keep up the good work. Motivation to change your eating habits is the kickstart to a healthier life but it is HABIT that ingrains those changes into your brain so that it becomes so automatic that you don’t even think about it— just like breathing.. portion control and moderation. Healthier eating most of the time and less healthy choices once in a while.. I’m going to follow your progress.
