I cleaned up half of the kitchen this afternoon. I also got back to doing the Shred. Started Lvl 2 all over again. I'm off to start making dinner.
218.7 lb Lost so far: 9.3 lb.    Still to go: 74.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
