Had a good day yesterday-

Breakast:
Protein drink (whey protein, coffee, unsweetened almond milk)
Chobani n/f greek yogurt, Ezekials flax cereal & Homemade apple sauce
Blue Agave

Lunch:
Homemade Kale Soup
blackberries
a sliver of pumpkin pie (oops...)

Dinner:
Sloppy Joe
Broccoli

Snacks (10am & 2pm):
Kashi bar
Banana & almond butter

Had four 32 oz bottles of water
Had all my vitamins/meds
Ate just about equal to what I burned (-3)
257.2 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 97.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
