Been out of town for a while. That and Christmas holidays; and I was expecting to have gained weight. I guess I was wrong. You should see me more regularly again now!

Happy New Year to all my buddies!

Onward and upward!

193.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb. Still to go: 8.6 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Good for you! Glad the holiday treats weren't devastating. Don't you mean onward and "downward"? LOL

@ds thanks for the encouragement and the reply! I actually really mean "upward" since upward is the direction of how I am feeling given my change in attitude about eating!
