I lost some weight. Today I'll start the cabbage diet and in a week, I'll have lost a few more pounds. I want to visit a friend in February for a couple days so I want to lose some weight fast at first and then keep a steady weight loss going. My goal is to loose 20 lbs by the end of March.
185.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 35.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I tried the cabbage soup diet once. I thought I was going to die from the gas pains, lol. Good luck!
