Well havent been here much since I started mainting well. I struggle with eating poorley but have come to the conclusion I went from fat to skinny fat. So Im slim but have NO muscle mass because I didnt incorparte any activity into my life. Now my goals are to get back on track and start eating healthy again AND to participate in some sort of physical activity. I also decided to get plastic surgery. Since the pregnacy and the weight loss I have lots of abdominal skin and decided on a tummy tuck. It was a hard decisision but I talked it over with my partner and some of my friends and Im on a wait list for a consult. I generally feel pretty good about my body and my weight loss but at times I feel robbed because Ive done the work but I still look so flabby. Being in Canada the wait list to see the surgeon is 2-2 1/2 years so I have LOTS of time to make sure its the right decision for me. In the mean time Im really goona work on not just being skinny but being healthy and fit. Ive never been one for exercise but I want to be around to watch my daughter grow up and grow old so Its something I need to do. Hope all is well with everyone else!

The best thing you can do for yourself is get physcial. A combination of healthy eating, cardio and strength training can make all the difference in the world. There's a magazine called "Oygen" which talks about eating clean (basically nonprocessed healthy foods) and exercise. It offers great advice and motivation. Good luck!

Yeah I know how you feel about the adominal area! If all that skin wasn't there I'd weigh about 10 lbs less! I'm hoping when we have our next with the c-section they will do a little tummy tuck, but that's looking on the bright side.
