The flu and some inflammation has caused me to need to use 120% higher basal insulin and higher doses of corrective boluses to keep BG's anywhere close to normal the past several weeks.

No eggs, cheese, bacon, or sausage for b'fast for a week. B'fast has been exclusively Nikken protein powder and frozen fruit since last sunday.

Also, have cut way back on dairy.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
