Finally making time with the kids schedule to get to the Y to work out. Since moving I've come up with all kinds of excuses schedule-wise NOT to do it. Living in town I don't have the luxury of getting up at O-dark:30 and leaving to go on a run because their dad was in the house on the farm. I am sooooo a morning workout girl but am trying to train to live with evening workouts.
