Got to the Y yesterday to treadmill. My oldest was next to me for the first 20 min. Was able to run in 1/4 mile incraments. Tried it since I haven't run for about 15 lbs and to test out my knee. Did well. Will be incorporating more running from now on...and to think I was 40 lbs lighter and ran a 10K in July of 2009!! I'll be back there soon fo sho!
