I am up one more pound. Last night I was up 5 pounds. I have to admit I was really upset about it. Yes, I know that at this time of the month I gain 5 pounds. It is water weight and logically I know this. Still it was disheartening.
Things I am proud of
1- I got my calories up yesterday without using empty calories
2- I chose wise food options.
3- I worked out for an hour yesterday and did 25 crunches last night despite it being that TOM.
