Interesting week...Had my second dose of shingles vaccine...was not feeling great the first night after so I scuttled fast with feast of fruit loops and milk in the morning. Made a grilled cheese sandwich and ate bagels with cream cheese. Lots of Carbs...weighed in on the plus side after Carb feast. Still feeling funky the second night but better in the morning After almost 2 days back on OMAD and regain minimal. Almost finished a 2 Week OMAD streak. Will try to start the streak again.2 down 14 to go...sub 200 here I come.
208.7 lb Lost so far: 11.3 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
