Stomache still huge lower upon waking so going to do oxy tonight. Stomache bloated huge lower after I ate hummus and 152.5lbs and so depressed. Took 16 oxy and really hope its just from impaction. Legs bloated too.
148.5 lb Lost so far: 14.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
