Yikes. So I have not been doing this diet the healthiest way and I am definitely dehydrated right now which is accounting for at least 2 lbs of that weight loss. I need to get back on track, and I did fairly well at eating and eating healthy yesterday. I think I went a bit over calorically, but the way I did the last week... I could probably stand to.

Here's to healthy, I'm going to get back on track today.
