Good morning! Today I should not have weighed because I gained .6lbs ugh! Yesterday I only ate less than 800 calories but I ate subway at about 7:30pm. I knew that wouldn't be a great idea so late in the evening, but...
I ate a 6' oven roasted chicken sub on wheat with a little cheese, spicy mustard, lettuce, spinach, pickles and jalapenos and a 32oz diet coke. So hopefully that's what showed up on the scale this morning. That’s why I should not have weighed...

Still ecstatic about my 12lb lose in 7 days!!! and focused on the new week and can't wait to see what this week's numbers will be!! Pray for me.
