OMG!!! I lost 12 pounds since last Sunday!! I’m excited!!! it's really paying off. Thank God for keeping my focus on beginning a new journey to a healthier life. When I first got up I panicked because I immediately realized it was time to weigh!! I was scared because of how I’d feel after weighing if it was bad. Well it’s good so I don't have to deal with that this time, but what about when it's not? Well I guess ill have to deal with this when the time comes. Right now I’m just going to celebrate my 12lbs!!
