Well....another gain, that is 2 in a row.... like I said before I am not really worried about it good ole TOM has a lot to do with it. However, I know this weekend was not the best eating wise... I had no ambition to cook and I ate out a lot. I did proportion it all and record it, so I was accountable. I will say that when I ate at the Hospital for Lunch on Saturday I picked what I felt was closest from a restraunt although more than likely it wasn't as many calories... wonder if I can find out the calories on hospital food... hmmm....
Oh well, I am starting this week out on a positive note! I got up this morning ON TIME and I was able to make Chocolate Chip Pancakes for my son and an egg for me =) also had time to pack my lunch!! Wow it truely is amazing how much you can get accomplished when you don't hit Snooze for 45 minutes lol!
