1350 kcal Fat: 21.20g | Prot: 45.04g | Carb: 261.07g.   Breakfast: alpro soya milk light 100ml, Trader Joe's Clover Honey, Flaxseed Seeds, Cantaloupe Melons, Bananas, quaker oats = 1/3 cup, Kiwi Fruit. Lunch: Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce, Honey, Sesame Seeds, Cooked Dry or Black, Brown or Bayo Beans (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Green Summer Squash, Bell Peppers, Garlic, Mushrooms, Onions, Trader Joe's Brown Basmati Rice, Cooked Green String Beans (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Honey, Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce. Dinner: blue dragon, hummus lower fat, Cherry Tomatoes, Bell Peppers, Cucumber (with Peel), Ryvita Multi Grain X 3. Snacks/Other: Gala Apples. more...
