OMAD Week #1 winding down. Minimal cravings. Eating at a deficit. Experience from past years of IF is everything to this time around. Barbell training for 2020 continuing and going strong for 2021. Deadlifts, bench, squats and overheads in the backyard gym. Walking my 1 year old pup before meal is a good ending to my fasting day. Not sure yet what goals are but 210/200/190 for now. Small steps equal big Gains. Good luck all with your weight loss journey and road to a healthy and happy life.
213.9 lb Lost so far: 6.1 lb.    Still to go: 33.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
