In the past I have run into trouble with the Atkins Diet when I start to feel restricted in my food choices. I started Atkins in early July, so I've been on it for about 3 months now, without feeling too restricted so far. I think the key is to allow myself as wide a variety of choices within the foods the diet gives me to eat.
