I have many fruits and salads daily. That keeps me full with low calories and no fat!! I bring them for snacks at work and I do not need something sweet, so it helps me to avoid eating biscuits or other unhealthy snacks!I know there are many diet biscuits/bars, but I prefer to have fresh fruit/veggies!!! My skin looks brighter!!!
165.3 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 33.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
