i made such a good progress!!!! 46.3!!! whoooo!!! 1.3 kg to go... this is... 2.86lbs!!!!!!!! wo!

breakfast: hot spring eggs, dakara (drink), iron eggs...230

lunch: egg 80, pork 200, wonton w/o skin 60, lots of veggies 50...390

snack: brocolli and 1pc of rou... 150?

dinner: candy 40, lettuce w/tiny bit of dressing 60, few bites of ice cream 150, tomato and egg 80, chicken 200... 530

total: 1300

i hope my weight is still that low tomorrow!
102.1 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 12.3 lb a week
