snack: iron eggs... 36

lunch: rou 150, veggie 100, watermelon 90?, 2eggs 140, cheese 60... 540

snack1: 1 egg... 66

1/2 dinner: rou 130, veggie 100... 230

subtotal: 952

rest of my dinner: taiwanese sausage around 300 cals

total: 1252... i say 1270!

wow.. i did better than i though!
102.1 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
