My holiday weight gain was a modest less than 4lbs. Really not too shabby considering how terrible I was eating. Welcome to the new year and the year that I am committed!!
192.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Diet Calendar Entry for 07 January 2011:
1483 kcal Fat: 95.03g | Prot: 125.64g | Carb: 32.01g.   Breakfast: Atkins Strawberry Shake, Ham in water, No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Baking Powder, Real Mayonnaise, Cinnamon, Butter, Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, Egg. Lunch: Bacon Ranch Salad with Grilled Chicken. Dinner: minced garlic, oregano, Red wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, Pizza Sauce, boneless pork loin. Snacks/Other: Borden Melts, Jell-O Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin Snacks - Strawberry. more...

Happy New Year to you. Great job on the modest holiday gain. I am still up 5lb from Pre-Holiday weigh in...but like you, very excited about the New Year and committing to reaching goal..:)
