Exercise: 45 min elliptical 3.0 miles, 45 min weight lifting lower body
Vitamins: Yes
Rosacea: 1 = mild flare - Bigger and darker red blotches, new spots, no trigger foods eaten. Used Prosacea.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
