wow. I gained 25 pounds in two months and 40 pounds since my lowest total. im bummed but still determined to reach my goal weight. down but not defeated. and the good thing is I didnt gain back yhe whole 60 pounds I. ost last year so thats still a victory! In the past I've always gained back what I lost and more! so im patting myself on the back and doing my best everyday. I love me!
266.5 lb Lost so far: 29.3 lb.    Still to go: 116.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
