It's been a while since my last weigh-in. I stepped off the wagon for a reason I felt was well founded. It was no different than when I stepped off the wagon back when my father became terminally ill and my divorce was allowed to get the better of me. Only this time, it was because i didnt want to upset the apple cart knowing a new person was entering out household. As humans, we are skillfully creative at coming up with excuses to fail. We get so far like I did and then we purposely sabotage ourselves. It is not the food I consume or the exercise I do that is important. It was about how badly I want to be healthy and how high I hold myself. My family members are important but I can not help them if I can't help myself.
193.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
