well, a whole 4 ounces...ok. better than nothing! I finally went back to work and caught myself slipping something terrible my fast has been wacky all week, 10hrs here 14hrs therw 16hrs there. I almost fell back into bad work habits of snacking on junk food every something minutes...almost. You will not get me this time evil sugary sweetness that satisfies my sweet tooth and eases my frustration because I can really be such an emotional eater. NOT TODAY!! Other than my slipping this week im so proud of myself because I still have not touched a soda, a juice or any type of bad beverage, I have a nasty habit of drinking my calories, I used to have 3 to 5 sodas a day, ontop of juices and other sugary drinks, so in that department I have been excellent. I did snack on a few chips but it was literally only a few chips. since fasting I cant seem to enjoy the saltiness, its so weird super sweet and salty things I loved before are not really good to me anymore which is great of cours because both my BP and sugar are at normal numbers. Anyway, how is everyone doing i wish you the best on your journey and i hope you achieve all of you health goals! See ya next week.
