Starting the month off at 176. New goal for October is to be at 170 by the 31st. Missed last months goal by 1 lb. Now I'll have to catch up. Will be watching my empty calorie consumption (sweets & wheat) a little closer this month.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 54.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
