Thanks Jenny. I am still fasting today. It's almost 2 p.m. Yesterday I had a stomach ache after eating so am super cautious about eating today.

Fasting can be good after a stomach ache I do that sometimes myself it definitely works Ruthe hope you feel better soon be blessed

Wonderful effort. Nice result. Fasting steps things up for me although I cannot tolerate a lengthly fast....24hrs tops. Godspeed to you and finding what works.🙋♀️
