Somehow I shot up to 127 and just stayed there for two days before starting to coming back down. Not too sure what's going on. Going to stay on track this week and see what happens.
124.8 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Some times out bodies just retain water. It could be sore muscles from exercise, medications, hormones, stress, too much sodium, lack of sleep , etc. It's pretty normal for the scale to go up and down hourly.
