Started putting away the holiday decorations. I have not been feeling very sociable these days... must be the post holiday blues. Looking forward to dropping more weight this month, I am sooooo tired of looking at the 7's, it's time to move on already!

Exercise: 45 min elliptical 3.2 miles, 45 min weight lifting lower body
Vitamins: Yes
Rosacea: 1 = mild flare - Bigger and darker red blotches, new spots, no trigger foods eaten. Used Prosacea.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I need to put some away still....Looks like this weekend I'll have them all packed away and then we have to do it all again before we know it....lol. TOWANDA!!!!!!!

I felt the same way couple days ago. Now slowly making a comeback. I am also very disappointed in myself for not being where I want to be. The in law holiday party is this weekend at the water park and I wanted to be 50 pounds lighter. Kick me!

You're doing excellent, Cynthia. Your food in-take is healthy and you are doing great on your exercise. Let's give your body some time. The weight will come down. Remember, slow, steady, and surely? Do you drink enough water? I'm sure you do. Have a happy & healthy Thursday!
