Last night I had a good dinner. When I got a chance to put it in here it was almost 10. I realized I only had a little under 1000 calories. I worked out last night 30 mins on the elliptical and then again this morning. It was tough this morning getting outta bed. The alarm never went off and by the time I was up getting a kid to stop screaming it was 21 mins later than it should have been. I thought of every excuse not to get on the elliptical. I will be going to exercise class tonight for an hour so I dont need it, I dont have time because the alarm didnt go off, I wasnt awake enough, I was too tired. BUT those are all lies from the enemy. I got on the elliptical and I chose a workout for 30 mins and I completed it. YAY! My legs shook the whole way to the shower and the whole way down the steps but thats ok because I did it!
205.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
