1558 kcal Fat: 43.88g | Prot: 83.37g | Carb: 218.90g.   Breakfast: coffee, caramel vanilla coffee creamer, orange juice lots of pulp, banana, skim milk. Lunch: Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese, whole wheat tortilla, barbecue sauce, pork loin. Dinner: reduced fat shredded cheese, russett potato, chilli. Snacks/Other: whitmans , parm cheese, popcorn, ritz cracker vegetable, i cant believe its not butter spray, mousse temptations jello. more...
