Today was my cardio day. I went walking at the park for an hour after hubby left for work. I didn't feel like going, but knew that I'd feel good once I was done.....and I do!
221.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 77.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
