Not good, No bm so stomache still bloated then decided to eat, why. 3 energy balls, 2 apricot power bars. 2 more apricot bars and 2 energy balls.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
