Yes quick but just .1# loss. Doesn't look good for breaking desired zero this month. Did have only 6 or so #. Now 10.9# due to what I ate on Feast Day. It's okay. I will get there.

Thanks Liv. You are doing so well. Even got to your goal. It's hard for me to keep motivated with so much more to get off. I know slow and steady is good but I want faster for feeling better.
