I'm sitting here eating lunch and laughing about how 2 years ago my "light" lunch would not have actually been that light. It would have been crackers instead of carrots, the hummus wouldn't have been measured out, and the turkey and cheese would have been on bread, instead of as little turkey roll-ups. AND I would have been hungrier sooner... go figure ;-)
