Time to restart the weight loss. I plan on cooking my next days food at night because I don't have time when I get up to cook and get ready. I want to lose around 2 pounds a week, more would be better. I learned I cannot drink diet drinks easily as they give me migraines. But, migraines will keep me away from a lot of the foods I don't need to be near such as sugar, chocolate and more.
