Katsolo's Journal, 25 November 2020

Where to start this morning, SMH. No swim, no walk. I was supposed to work a couple hours yesterday, ended up staying seven, but there was still enough daylight to start some of the projects around the house I wanted to get to, which leads to the next part of the adventure of life. Went into the basement to get decorating stuff and there is a leak. Not a shooting water out of a pipe leak, but a slow drip somewhere into the foundation. Ugh. So my "exercise" last night was moving and cleaning stuff, not a lot of cardio or steps, but it had to be dealt with. Plumber is a friend, thankfully, and will fit me in when he can but will help me remediate in the meantime. I've got the fans going, I'm going down there after work today and will still fit in the other holiday stuff. Could be worse. I could have waited until the weekend to decorate and have no chance at all getting help until after the weekend. Could have been an active leak and had to call the commercial plumber at 3X holiday rates. It'll be fine. I also ripped a pair of my favorite old jeans on something down there. A little annoyed about that, I'll need to see if they're worth trying to fix, it's a jagged tear and those are hard to mend. Better than the chafing thighs tear though. All good, all good.

Numbers below are better than yesterday, I was lifting and moving stuff so I expect that muscle gain is temporary, but hope some of it will stick around and the blob will stay away.

lol, thanks on the drop, but it went up yesterday. that said, it went down and for that, I am thankful. I really want to keep that muscle going.

go on ebay. ask for "pretty patches". They are iron on. Flowers, animals, etc
