OK so here we are an another new year and another resolution to get back down to a more ideal weight. The difference this time is that i have involved my doctor and I am going to conquor this weight issue once and for all! I'm looking to make lifestyle changes and teach myself to eat better and make better choices.
253.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
