WEIGHT UP but Ketones 1.9 this morning even though I had chips in the middle of the night due to not being able to sleep. I am throwing away the rest. They are Late July Multigrain Tortilla Chips and I really like them.
227.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 79.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
