Couldn't sleep last night. Ended up eating pistachios at about 3 a.m. Maybe got 2 hours sleep.Ketones still 1.4 this morning. May go back to 💤
227.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 79.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
