New year party finished. I drank only one glass of extra brut champagne, meaning low sugat and yes some alcohol. I had fish and duck no sauces no carbs. I had cherries and kiwi for dessert instead of the chocolate mousse they were serving and some almonds instead of the sweet breads and bars(typical here in my country.

I am exited with my amazing progress in only 3 weeks. How incredible is when you can notice progress not only in the scale but also on how your clothes fit. People are starting to notice and I love the compliments.

I am thankfull from the support I am receiving from my buddies here in the site. I appreciate so much their support. THANKS to everyone. I wouldn't have made this progress possible without you.
165.3 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 33.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
