20 wks on the diet!
I only lost 3.8 lbs in December (actually 4 wks) but at least i didnt gain.
I'm looking forward to a new year - smaller and smaller!
171.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
