First wiegh in since i started trying to eat more healthily and doing a bit of excersise. Would have been more active but injured my back (recurring problem) at the begining of the week involved. Have been swimming a few times instead of going to the Gym.
189.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 41.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
