238 lbs on Valencia's gym scale...2 lbs. of water weight; however, I am proud of myself for going to the gym both Tuesday and Wednesday night even though I was absolutely exhausted. It actually helped me better relax and get a good night's rest.
238.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
