Interesting journey my Atkins to Weight Watcher's Points Plus journey. Weight loss MUCH slower but it seems so much more liberal. I love the 'start over' every day--you log in and there they are again--all 29 points. I was incredibly hungry yesterday and ended up eating a weightwatchers meal at 10:30pm. Seemed like the right thing to do and this morning I feel ready to continue on the program. I love the facgt that when I'm out (which is very, very frequently), I can look up and record my points. Seems a little obsessive but it's just a click or two and it's done. Given that journaling food and exercise is a key component of successful weight loss, I feel I am armed with tools to help me succeed.

I am a weight watchers junkie! And I must say I did have success with the program five years ago and lost 30 pounds. Their program is really fool-proof if you follow it to the t. Yesterday I signed on again for this new points system that has me alittle nervous because no calories are counted! But the rest of it makes sense I guess. Good luck!

I have the benefit of not having worked with WW for a long time so this new PointsPlus system is not difficult at all--in fact, I find it amazingly simple--and---it's working for me.
