Why is it that whenever I think I've gained weight, I've actually lost weight?....and whenever I think I've lost weight, I've actually gained it? Maybe I should just keep thinking that I'm gaining weight. You know....reverse psychology. LOL
223.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 79.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
